According to the latest data from the market intelligence platform Blask, Saudi Arabia, Greece and the Philippines were identified as the three fastest-growing global online lottery markets in 2025. Blask monitors changes in player interest and search levels in over 100 jurisdictions around the world through real-time tracking data for Blask Index (Blask Index), indicating that the three markets have the largest annual growth.

Saudi Arabia had the most significant increase in the Brahco index in 2025, ranking 9 to 20. This increase was due to a marked increase in interest in online lottery-related content in the Middle East.
The Philippines rose by 4 to 12. Blask attributed this to the new licensing framework introduced last year by the local regulator PAGCOR, which reshaped market access and regulated key aspects of online operations. Greece also rose by 4 to 17 places, and its growth was driven mainly by the strong performance of the operator OPAP and the growing domestic participation in regulated online games.

Blask indicated that the three markets showed how regulatory changes and changes in consumer interest rapidly changed the global online gaming pattern. Despite some fluctuations in subsequent rankings, the top five of the Brasco Index is in line with 2024, and the United Kingdom remains the global leading online lottery market for player interest and search activity. Max Tesla, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Blask, said: “The global online gaming landscape is changing at an unprecedented rate, often generating new momentum in unexpected areas. As a result, the attention of players with real-time data-based and market signal insight becomes critical. Operators who are able to identify emerging trends early and understand the real drivers will be better able to cope with uncertainty and seize emerging growth opportunities.”
