The Mobile D2C platform Appcharge launched a game exclusive payment solution with a maximum conversion rate of 92%

The Mobile Direct Company Consumer platform Appcharge recently launched a new Checkout (payment settlement) product designed to help mobile game distributors increase their D2C (direct consumer) income and reduce their payments friction.

According to Appcharge, this new Checkout is a payment experience for conversion optimization, self-adapted game scenes, designed for mobile games and designed to address key nodes in the realization gap. The CHeckout is able to adapt to the specific situation of each player, including the country and currency, equipment, operating systems, payment history, and whether the user is the first or the last. In addition, the system automatically prioritizes from more than 500 local modes of payment and directs retrogressors to their previous successful payment. According to Appcharge, early performance data showed that the conversion rate could be as high as 92 per cent and the order success rate was above 95 per cent by optimizing the payment route and the recovery of failure payments.

This Checkout is part of the Appcharge “Commodities Records” platform, which manages compliance, taxation, currency exchange, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, refunds and customer support. According to the company, the success rate for dispute resolution could be 60 to 70 per cent, compared to the industry average of 30 to 40 per cent.
